signifies your acceptance and agreement to the updated Agreement.

2.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part or all of the services of this
Game without prior notice and without requiring your prior permission.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 You may need to register an account to use certain features of this Game. You agree to provide
true, accurate, complete, and current registration information.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all
activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of
your account. We reserve the right to temporarily freeze accounts due to abnormal login behavior
(including but not limited to logins from unusual locations or device changes).
3.3 You may not share, sell, or transfer your game account to others.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
4.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, this Agreement, and all rules
related to the services of this Game during your use of this Game.
4.2 You must not engage in any of the following activities:
a. Engaging in any illegal activities, including but not limited to publishing or disseminating
illegal information or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
b. Publishing or disseminating any content that is obscene, pornographic, defamatory, threatening,
harassing, hateful, racially discriminatory, or otherwise offensive or violates public order and
morals.
c. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, etc.
d. Exploiting game bugs, using third-party software, unauthorized tools, or any unofficial means to
gain unfair advantages or disrupt game fairness.
e. Maliciously manipulating scores, engaging in malicious teaming, or exploiting game mechanisms for
cheating.
f. Maliciously registering or using accounts, or using this Game for any activities that violate fair
competition principles.
g. Spreading viruses, Trojans, or other malicious code, or interfering with or disrupting the normal
operation of this Game or related networks.
h. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code
of this Game.
i. Selling, renting, lending, or distributing virtual items (such as game currency, props, equipment)
or accounts, unless explicitly authorized by us.
j. Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating your affiliation with any person or entity.
k. Collecting or storing personal data of other users, unless you have obtained their express consent
and it is permitted by this Agreement.
4.3 You are solely responsible for all your actions and content published within this Game. We
reserve the right to impose penalties on users who violate these terms, including but not limited to
warnings, temporary chat bans, permanent account bans, or deletion of game data.
5. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases
5.1 This Game may offer virtual items (such as game currency, props, characters, skins, etc.) that
you can acquire through purchase or by participating in in-game activities. These virtual items are
part of the game service, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real
currency or any other form of tangible value.
5.2 Once you purchase virtual items, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable, unless
applicable law explicitly provides for refunds or we decide to offer refund services based on our
own discretion.
5.3 You acknowledge and agree that your ownership of virtual items is limited to a finite, personal,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use them as stipulated in this Agreement.
This right does not constitute property ownership in the sense of property law, and you may not

intellectual property rights, are owned by the Company or have been legally licensed.
6.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of this Game or any content without
our prior written consent.

by us.
7.2 We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party
websites or services. You access and use these third-party websites or services at your own risk. We
shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you due to third-party websites or services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1 This Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties,
including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
non-infringement, or accuracy.
8.2 We do not guarantee that this Game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure,
or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for service interruptions
or data loss due to force majeure, policy regulations, or third-party service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Termination
10.1 You may stop using this Game at any time and can delete your account through in-game settings or

10.2 If you violate any terms of this Agreement, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and
without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to this Game or delete your account,
without any liability to you.
10.3 The provisions of this Agreement regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of
liability, governing law, and dispute resolution shall remain in effect after the termination of
this Agreement.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 The interpretation, validity, and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of
the country/region or jurisdiction where the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict
of law principles.
11.2 Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly
negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to
the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for resolution.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid
or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement, but the remaining
provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
12.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver
of that right or provision.

1. In-Game Deletion:To facilitate account deletion, this Game
provides an account deletion function in [Settings > Account >
Delete Account] or [Game Main Interface > Personal Center > Account Management > Account
Deletion]. You can initiate an account deletion request through this path.
2. Deletion via Other Means (Floating Ball > Delete
Account):If for any reason you are unable to delete your account using the in-game
function, you can also contact our customer support via email to request deletion. Please provide
your registered mobile number/email, in-game ID/username in the email so we can verify your
identity.
3. Identity Verification:To protect the security of your
account, we may need to verify your identity before processing your account deletion request. This
may include sending a verification code to your registered mobile number/email or asking you to
answer security questions.
Data Processing After Account Deletion
1. Data Deletion:Upon successful processing of your account
deletion request, we will take reasonable measures to delete your personal information from our
production systems. This typically includes:
Your game account information (username, password, email/mobile number).
Your personal profile information (nickname, avatar, etc.).
Your game progress, achievements, virtual items, in-game mail, chat logs, and other game data.
Most user-generated content you created or published in the game (guild messages, comments), but
please note that some content already shared with other players or replicated may not be entirely
removable from other user devices or third-party platforms.
2. Data Retention:In certain circumstances, we may need to
retain some of your information for a period after your account is deleted to comply with laws and
regulations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our user agreements. These circumstances
include, but are not limited to:
Legal Requirements: We may need to retain your virtual item
purchase transaction records or identity verification information in accordance with anti-money
laundering, tax, or consumer protection laws.
Dispute Resolution: To resolve potential legal disputes, we
may need to retain communication records related to the dispute.
Security and Fraud Prevention: To prevent fraud, abuse, or
security breaches, we may retain certain device or IP information.
Internal Audits and Reporting: Some anonymized or aggregated
data may be retained for internal audit purposes.
3. Processing Time:We will process your request within 30 business days of receiving your account deletion request and
completing identity verification. Please note that complete data deletion may require additional
time as data may be stored in different backup systems. In cases of system maintenance or force
majeure, the account deletion time will be extended.
Important Considerations
1. Irreversibility: Account deletion is generally an irreversible operation. Once your account is deleted, you will
no longer be able to access your game account, and your game progress, virtual items, friend
relationships, and other data will be cleared and cannot be recovered. After deletion, paid content
such as game levels and limited skins will be permanently lost, and no compensation channels will be
available. Please consider carefully and back up any data or screenshots you deem important before
initiating an account deletion request.
2. Associated Services: If your game account is linked to any
third-party services (e.g., login via Facebook), deleting this Game account may not automatically
delete your accounts or data on those third-party services. You will need to contact those
third-party service providers separately for processing.
3. Unfinished Transactions: If your account has unfinished
virtual item purchase transactions, ongoing contests, or pending disputes, we may require you to
complete these matters or provide necessary assistance before account deletion.
